The clean tank sediment, ground oil sludge, and aged emulsified oil sludge generated in the oil and gas extraction and refining industries have complex components, high viscosity, and high disposal costs. The thermal washing and reduction set of equipment is based on thermochemical washing as the core. Through the synergistic effect of heating and specialized agents, the solid surface crude oil is peeled off. Combined with multi-stage screening and horizontal screw/disc centrifugation, three-phase separation is completed:

1) Separate and recover crude oil, which can be directly reused for refining, generating economic benefits;

2) Solid phase materials are significantly de oiled, achieving significant reduction in hazardous waste, and can be sent to the pyrolysis system for deep disposal;

3) Purification of oily wastewater and closed-loop use to reduce water resource consumption;

4) Complete modular integration, closed negative pressure operation, and centralized collection and treatment of exhaust gas.

It can operate independently or serve as a pre-treatment unit for oil sludge pyrolysis production lines, reducing the load on back-end pyrolysis equipment, effectively reducing the investment and operational energy consumption of the entire project, and widely serving oil and gas field and refinery oily solid waste treatment projects.
