Fly Ash Pyrolysis for Resource Utilization

The incineration fly ash of household waste contains dioxins, heavy metals, and soluble chlorides, which belong to hazardous waste. Traditional stabilization landfill occupies land, wastes resources, and poses long-term environmental risks. The fly ash pyrolysis resource utilization technology relies on the principle of low-temperature pyrolysis detoxification in an inert atmosphere, and the entire closed system isolates oxygen:

1) Thoroughly decompose dioxins in an anaerobic environment, and use rapid cooling technology to prevent pollutant regeneration;

2) Collaborative stabilization treatment of heavy metals to reduce leaching toxicity of heavy metals;

3) Supporting water washing desalination system, purifying and regenerating industrial salt;

4) After detoxification, the inorganic residue meets the standards and can be used as a comprehensive raw material for new building materials.

Compared to high-temperature melting processes, the energy consumption is lower and the investment is more economical. The entire flue gas multi-stage purification system stably meets environmental emission requirements. Suitable for on-site disposal of waste incineration plants and centralized disposal center projects for fly ash, solving the problem of fly ash disposal, transforming from pure hazardous waste disposal to resource recycling projects, and achieving green, low-carbon, and sustainable development.
